The Department of the Air Force (DAF), Director of Studies and Analysis (SAF/SA), and Chief Modeling and Simulation Officer (CMSO), in partnership with the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) are hosting the 2026 Department of the Air Force Modeling, Simulation & Analytics (DAFMSA) Summit in Colorado Springs, CO on 5 – 8 May 2026.
- SAF/SA Mission: To Shed Light... Modeling, Simulation, and Analytic Excellence at the Speed of Relevance.
- CMSO Mission: Advance warfighting lethality by collectively forging reusable, common, and interoperable M&S-enabled capabilities yielding informed decisions on investments and competitive advantages vital to air, space, and cyber power.
- STARCOM Mission: Prepare the USSF to prevail in competition and conflict through innovative education, training, doctrine, and test.
DAFMSA Summit Goals
- Provide increased and shared awareness of DAF MS&A Ecosystem and capabilities.
- Provide a forum for shared information, ideas, and connection of MS&A professionals across the DoW, Industry, Academia, and International Partners.
