Government/Military Registration Fees
DoD Employee (Active Military/Civilian), Federal Government Employee (Non-DoD), FFRDC
If you are registering but will have another person making payment, contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org for registration instructions. Registration using an Air Force travel card may require having you contact your credit card administrator to have the merchant code 7392 unblocked for payment. Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration. Food and beverage are not included with this registration.
Optional Meal Package*
Meal Plan option available for separate purchase.
*This Meal Plan option is for event dates 5 – 7 May. If you plan to attend the Classified Session, you must select the Classified Session Meal Plan as part of your registration.
International Government/Military
Contractors do not qualify for International Military/Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration. Fees include daily breakfast, lunch, breaks, and opening reception.

Industry/Academia Registration Fees
Industry
Registration includes conference programming, exhibits, and daily breakfast, lunch, breaks, and opening reception.
Academia
Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct faculty is not eligible. Registration incudes conference programming, exhibits, and daily breakfast, lunch, breaks, and opening reception.
Registration is open to all those involved in the modeling, simulation, and training industry. DAFMSS international attendance and participation is limited to FVEY and NATO Member Countries.
Speakers

Exhibitors & Sponsors
DAF M&S Summit exhibitors and sponsors will receive registration information when they purchase a booth or become an event sponsor.

Press/Media is permitted two complimentary registrations per press/media outlet. Lunches, breaks, and the reception are not included is this complimentary registration. Additional press/media will have to register as industry. Contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org for access code and registration instructions.

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing via email to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org. Cancellations received by 19 April will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 19 April. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Substitutions for this Summit are always welcome in lieu of cancellations. Contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@NTSA.org to request a substitution.
HARASSMENT POLICY
The National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), an affiliate of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NTSA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NTSA conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NTSA.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Unacceptable Behavior
NTSA has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. If you experience any type of harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, NTSA asks that you inform Debbie Langelier, Senior Vice President, NTSA, dlangelier@NTSA.org so that we can take the appropriate action. NTSA reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and NTSA reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting.
RECORDING
By attending the event, you understand that NTSA will record, reproduce, and distribute photos and or/a recording of this conference, event, etc. Your registration gives consent and you understand that any remarks, questions, images, and comments that you make will/may be included in distribution. You hereby give your consent for your name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance (as recorded) to be used as such by NTSA for any purpose associated with this webinar, conference, event, etc.
