Onsite Badge Pick-Up

Onsite badge pick-up will be available at the following times (CDT):

Monday, 6 May from 1200 – 1730
Tuesday, 7 May from 0645 – 1700
Wednesday, 8 May from 0700 – 1700
Thursday, 9 May from 0700 – 1500

IMPORTANT! We highly recommend that you register online before the morning of 7 May. Registering onsite will incur long lines and delay your access to sessions.

Exhibits

At the exhibit booths, attendees will be able to visit and view the companies’ products and services. See our Sponsors & Exhibitors page for a complete list of our participating companies. Booths will be manned at the following times (CDT):

Tuesday, 7 May from 0730 – 1900
Wednesday, 8 May from 0730 – 1700
Thursday, 9 May from 0730 – 1515

Dress Code

Military: Utility Uniform
Civilian: Business Casual

Parking

Valet: $59 overnight
Self-Parking: $47 overnight

Rates include in-and-out privileges. Please note that there is limited capacity for oversize vehicles. The parking garage cannot accommodate oversize vehicles, toppers or trailers.
