SMSgt Michael Sullivan is the Senior Enlisted Advisor for Space Delta 12 Staff, Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. As Senior Enlisted Advisor, SMSgt Sullivan advises the Commander on all matters regarding readiness, health, morale, welfare, and quality of life for 109 personnel across eight divisions and Delta staff functions. Additionally, SMSgt Sullivan oversees the management of Delta manpower and personnel programs, including awards, evaluations, decorations, and hiring actions for 580 military and government members across five squadrons. SMSgt Sullivan also provides guidance on mission effectiveness, professional development, and military readiness in support of space and cyber test and evaluation and Weapon System Evaluation Program activities.
