
SMSgt Michael Sullivan, USSF
SMSgt Michael Sullivan is the Command First Sergeant for Headquarters, Space Training and Readiness Command, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As First Sergeant he advises the Commander of all matters regarding readiness, health, morale, welfare and quality of life for all members in the organization. Additionally, SMSgt Sullivan advises subordinate Commanders, Directors, and Senior Enlisted Leaders on mission effectiveness, professional development, and military readiness of all assigned space forces.
SMSgt Sullivan enlisted in the United States Air Force in August 2008 as a Cyber Systems Operator. He graduated as a Cyber Systems Operations Apprentice from the 336th Training Squadron, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi in April 2009. His background includes various duties in cyber security, network communications support, expeditionary communications, intelligence and counter-intelligence operations. He has been stationed at locations in Texas, Korea, Virginia, Nebraska and Colorado. He has been deployed in support of Operations INHERENT RESOLVE, FREEDOM’S SENTINEL and RESOLUTE SUPPORT. Prior to his current position, SMSgt Sullivan was assigned as Manager, Space Inspections, Space Inspections Directorate, Air Force Inspection Agency Operating Location – Bravo, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
