Jason is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development, systems architecture, and modeling and simulation. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Dayton, providing a unique blend of technical and business expertise.

With 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, Jason has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the field. He has worked on numerous high-profile programs, including the F-35 Pilot Training Devices program, where he applied his expertise in DevSecOps, digital transformation, and systems architecture to drive process improvements and increase deployment efficiency. Jason's experience has also taught him the importance of collaboration and teamwork, and he has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and building effective relationships with industry partners, customers, and government agencies.

As a Senior Engineering Fellow, Jason is recognized for his technical expertise and leadership skills and is committed to driving innovation and excellence in the field. He is a strong advocate for the use of modeling and simulation to improve program outcomes and reduce risk and has a passion for developing and implementing solutions that meet the evolving needs of the warfighter.
