Robert is senior consultant for Modelling and Simulation (M&S) projects and professional data management solutions. He is the CEO of Aditerna, a Munich-based small business with an office in Virginia Beach, USA that serves customers around the globe to improve their digital operations.

Aditerna provides services and support tools for data portfolio management, and the modelling and simulation lifecycle. This includes off-the-shelf solutions like "Aditerna SRP" for simulation data management, simulation resource discovery and as-a-Service execution of simulation environments. "FOX TWO" provides automated training data analysis to give students and trainees targeted, consistent and objective feedback along with individualized training recommendations to achieve the desired proficiency.

Robert is currently chairing the NATO Modelling and Simulation Group (NMSG), serving as Executive Committee member of the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization (SISO) and member of various Program Committees of scientific conferences. He publishes regularly in recognized conferences and journals, and serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Defense M&S (JDMS).
