Classified Session Information

DAF M&S Summit

The Classified Session is at capacity, and the Air Force is no longer adding names to the wait list. 
We do ask that Classified Session attendees wear your DAFMSS badge while in session and remove it on the bus return.

Clearance/Registration

Attendance at the classified sessions will be limited to United States citizens who have been granted a TS/SCI clearance and is limited to the first 175 registrants. All attendees must register interest in attending no later than 18 April 2024 via DAFMSS registration portal; onsite registration at Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk for classified sessions will not be permitted. Attendees will be contacted via email with additional information and instructions by a member of the A3G government security staff. Foreign persons and U.S. citizens employed by a foreign controlled company will be prohibited from attending.

Transportation

Parking on base is limited and to ensure security is properly managed, all attendees are expected to ride the bus from the Grand Hyatt to the classified location and back. NTSA and security staff will be onsite during DAFMSS to provide direction to the bus location. Attendees agree that they will attend all three sessions, and buses will make only one round trip (arrival/departure per schedule). Please have your valid federal or state issued photo ID available as you board the bus and always keep on your person. ID’s must match name submitted for clearance.

Digital Electronics/Devices

Digital devices are prohibited and must be left outside the classified briefing locations. Additional information on storage will be provided by security staff. Examples of items are cell phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches; this is not an all-inclusive list.

Lunch

Paid attendees will have lunch at the hotel prior to boarding the bus.  Attendees who do not have meals included must eat lunch prior to boarding the bus. There will be snacks, coffee, and water provided at the classified location. No other meals will be provided at the classified location.

1100 – 1145: Lunch at hotel
1145 – 1200: Board buses (have ID matching clearance ready)
1200 – 1230: Bus to Lackland AFB
1230 – 1300: Security check-in
1300 – 1350: Briefing 1 (Topic coming soon)
1400 – 1450: Briefing 2 (Topic coming soon)
1500 – 1540: Briefing 3 (Topic coming soon)
1550 – 1600: Closing comments
1600 – 1615: Board buses
1615 – 1700: Bus to hotel
