Clearance/Registration

Attendance at the classified sessions will be limited to U.S. citizens who have been granted a TS/SCI clearance and is limited to the first 100 registrants. All attendees must register interest in attending no later than 15 April via the DAFMSAS registration portal; onsite registration at the hotel for classified sessions will not be permitted. Attendees will be contacted via email with additional information and instructions by a member of the security staff. Foreign persons and U.S. citizens employed by a foreign controlled company will be prohibited from attending.

*Please note that this is a draft agenda & is subject to change. Topics will be announced via email to those who are cleared to attend the classified sessions. These sessions are organized directly by USAF/USSF to ensure alignment with conference objectives, government priorities, and security requirements. Because of the sensitive nature of this content, a call for submissions will not be issued for classified sessions.

Transportation

Parking at the classified session location is available. The facility will have a drop off area for Uber/Lyft, please expect a short walk from the drop off point to the facility entrance.  Attendees must agree that they will attend all sessions as part of attending the Classified Session. Please have your valid federal or state issued photo ID available and always keep on your person. ID’s must match name submitted for clearance. Staff will be onsite during DAFMSAS at the Polaris Hotel to answer questions. Bus transportation will not be provided.

Fee

If you plan to attend the Classified Session, you must add the Classified Session Landing Fee as part of your registration. The fee is $25 for Government/Military and $50 for Industry/Academia attendees.

Digital Electronics/Devices

Digital devices are prohibited and must be left outside the classified briefing locations. Additional information on storage will be provided by security staff. Examples of items are cell phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches; this is not an all-inclusive list.
