The cut-off date to book your hotel room at the Hotel Polaris is Monday, 13 April or until rooms sell out. Please note, the room block is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The DAFMSA Summit is relying on your support to stay within the hotel block. By staying in the block, it allows us to continue to provide valuable opportunities for networking and collaboration.
Proximity: All sessions, panels, keynotes, and exhibits will be hosted within the Polaris and an easy elevator ride down.
Extended Networking: Build valuable relationships and exchange insights outside of conference hours, enhancing your overall experience.
